An AI agent that answers your WhatsApp without losing conversations.
Captia handles your business WhatsApp with your real information: it answers questions, books appointments, sends reminders and leaves every conversation ready for the next step. We set it up from start to finish.
Pro plan · €199/mo · onboarding included
Sample conversation · checks your real calendar once integrated
WhatsApp concentrates intent, urgency and noise all at once.
It's the channel where most customers write — and where they expect the fastest reply. Every hour without an answer is a conversation going cold.
Customers write at any hour and expect a fast reply — even when no one on the team is available.
Hours, prices, availability and appointments repeat throughout the day and eat up your team's operational time.
The conversations that matter get lost among incomplete or unclear messages, and follow-up is done by hand.
A loose WhatsApp turns into a conversation that's ready.
It's the same agent that handles your website, on your business WhatsApp number.
It uses your real services, hours, prices and conditions. If it doesn't know something, it says so — it doesn't make things up.
It checks your calendar, confirms the appointment in the chat and sends automatic reminders the day before.
It asks for the details it needs inside the chat, naturally — without turning it into a cold form.
If something needs judgement or a decision, it alerts your team and leaves the conversation summarised and ready for handover.
Customer asked about a slot and price this week. Two options were offered and they chose Friday 10:30. No open questions.
Nothing pending: the appointment is in the calendar and the reminder is scheduled. It all lands in your daily summary.
WhatsApp is included in the Pro plan. No surprise bills.
Web + WhatsApp with the same agent and the same knowledge, set up by us from start to finish.
You can try the agent on your website first (Web plan, €49/mo) and move up to Pro whenever you like: we reuse everything already set up.
And if you need it connected to your CRM, calendar or ERP, the Custom Secretary is quoted per project.

Does it work with my business WhatsApp number?
Yes. The agent handles your business WhatsApp number, with approved message templates for reminders and confirmations. Your customers write to the same number as always.
Can it make up answers?
No. It only answers with your business's information. If it doesn't know something, it says so naturally and, if you set it up, alerts your team to continue the conversation.
Does it book appointments and send reminders automatically?
Yes. It checks your calendar in real time, confirms the appointment in the chat and sends the reminder the day before. It also handles changes and cancellations.
Can I review the conversations?
Yes. You get a daily summary with the conversations, the data captured and the next steps — and you can open any conversation whenever you like.
What happens outside hours?
The agent handles things the same, 24/7: it answers, books and collects data. Anything that needs your team is flagged and summarised for first thing the next day.
What does the onboarding include?
A session to understand your business, loading your knowledge base, connecting your business WhatsApp and your calendar, the reminder templates and a tuning period with real conversations in the first month. You don't touch anything technical.
